Hey I'm Honey!

Born and raised in the great small town of Bonanza, OR, proud eldest daughter of 4 to immigrant Mexican-Honduran parents, my life has always been eventful to say the least!

When I'm not busy editing pictures or behind the camera, I love to listen to music, scrapbook, watch college sports and spend time with my family and friends. Even if we have no actual plan, just being together makes for some of the best time.

I'm so beyond blessed to have the support from everyone in my circle. My parents are a huge reason why my siblings and I are able to follow our dreams. They always apologized for not being able to give us more, but they don't realize that they've given us it all. I have 3 beautiful younger sisters, Adamary, Jocelyn and Abigail. They mean the absolute world to me. My cousins and I have been super close my entire life, it's almost rare to see me out if I'm not with them honestly! And lastly, my girls, Hilary, Laura, Leeanna, and Savannah are the oldest pals I have. To know me is to know them. Without my circle, I have no idea what I'd be doing with my life.

I focus my photography on seniors, families, sports & weddings. When I first picked up a camera during my junior year of high school, I instantly knew that this is what I wanted to do. Senior year was when I started sports photography for the football and basketball teams. For me, it felt like something clicked. I enjoy all types of projects that come my way but I can't deny that sports photography definitely holds a special spot in my heart.

As your photographer, I believe that getting photos done is not just about having material to post online, but to have photographs that will eventually be the only thing our future generations will have of us, proving our existence. I've recently been reminded of the importance of a photograph, and I encourage you to take those family pictures you've been wanting.
